Northwest Wine, Cider, & Cheese Tour

From new release wines and ciders to locally-made artisan cheeses, the Olympic Peninsula Wineries’ Northwest Wine, Cider & Cheese Tour will treat your taste buds to a realm of seasonal delights! Nine wineries and cideries will partner with local cheesemakers to create unique pairings that signify the flavors of the region, complemented by tasty tidbits prepared by local culinary talent.
At Eaglemount, to get the season rolling, we are celebrating the release of our Sangria, a malbec blended with cranberry, raspberry, and orange! We are also partnering with two regional favorites – Chimacum Valley Dairy and Crimson Cove Smoked Specialities. We will pair our artisan wines, ciders, and fruit meads with Amy Rose & Bruce’s locally crafted Jersey cow milk cheeses and Anne’s locally smoked gouda, pepper jack, and cheddar. Think Sangria and orange peel-coriander cheese or Cabernet Franc and smoked gouda… We will also feature an array of other spring ciders, including Rhubarb and Raspberry Ginger.
Online ticket are available on Eventbrite until 6pm April 28th for $35 plus service fees. Remaining tickets may be purchased at participating wineries during the event for $40. The ticket and glass package entitles you to a special commemorative wine glass, complimentary wine tasting at all 9 OPW Wineries and delectable samples of cheese at each winery during the Wine, Cider & Cheese Weekend. This event does not take place at one location. You travel from winery to winery, visiting the ones you are interested in exploring. Tickets are not required to attend this event. A $10 wine tasting fee will be charged at each winery for non-ticketed visitors. You must be 21 or over to purchase tickets and/or participate in wine tasting. All ticket sales are non-refundable.
Red Wine, Cider, & Chocolate Tour

Winter is long and dark; wine helps! The 2017 Red Wine, Cider, & Chocolate tour will bring together new release varietals and blends crafted with premium Washington grapes, and decadent chocolate that will make you a better wine lover!

- Try “sneak peak” previews of some of our experimental ciders. Vote for your favorite to decide which will become Eaglemount’s newest flavor!
- Learn about what varieties are grown in our heirloom orchard, and about the cidermaking process, from grinding and pressing to bottling.
Saturday & Sunday, October 15 – 16, 12 to 5pm: Cranberry Mead Release
Eaglemount is releasing a special, limited 10th Anniversary edition of Cranberry Mead. Made with local Olympic Peninsula honey and Washington-grown cranberries, this unique mead has a smooth sweet flavor balanced with the tartness of cranberry. Perfect for the holiday season!
